Dalton about 1 week old
I use to love to watch Dalton sleep when he was a baby. This is one of my favorite pictures of him. He was asleep in his bassinet and looked so peaceful....until I took one step out of the room. It was like when he couldn't smell me anymore he would wake up. The little cut mark on his face is from the hospital. He cut it with his fingernail one night that he didn't have his mittens on. It was really deep for a little finger nail. I almost cried. He still has a scar from it too.
Sometimes it would be nice to be a baby for awhile. Just to be able to sleep as good as they do would be great.
